Who can benefit from our service?

Our Women’s Housing Related Support Services are designed for women aged 18+ who are experiencing homelessness, entrenched roughsleeping, severe and multiple disadvantage, or who are fleeing domestic abuse.

The services support women with a range of complex needs by providing safe accommodation, tailored support, and opportunities to develop the skills needed for independent living. Referrals are made through the housing options team and a dedicated panel to ensure the most appropriate accommodation and support is provided based on individual circumstances and needs.

What does the Complex Women’s Housing Related Support Service offer?

We provide two specialist women’s housing related support services, each offering safe accommodation and personalised support tailored to individual needs.

One service is designed for women with more complex and higher support needs, including those experiencing entrenched rough sleeping or severe and multiple disadvantage. This service is staffed both day and night, providing consistent 24-hour support and accommodation within single occupancy rooms with shared living, kitchen, and bathroom facilities.

The second service supports women experiencing homelessness and offers medium and high-level support depending on individual circumstances. This service has staff available during the day and external security support overnight.

The services aim to empower women to build stability, maintain accommodation, and move towards greater independence.
