Who can benefit from our service?

Our Complex Women's Housing Related Support Service in Hull is for females who are presenting as homeless including those fleeing domestic abuse, females may also present with multiple and severe disadvantages inclusive of substance misuse, mental health, physical health conditions or a history of committing an offence. The service is commissioned by Hull City Council.

What does the Complex Women’s Housing Related Support Service offer?

We offer safe, decent, and welcoming accommodation, alongside a tailored package of support designed to prevent or resolve homelessness and help individuals develop independent living skills. Providing tailored packages of support, building on the strengths and assets to achieve outcomes that matter to the individual and support their journey to independence and improved health and wellbeing.

Our approach is based on the Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM), Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE), and Trauma Informed Care (TIC) approach.

We work in partnership with key agencies in the locality who provide specialist, complimentary and critical care drop ins for our complex females to have the opportunity to engage with mainstream services appropriate to meet their needs to support achieving positive outcomes.
