The service is designed to meet the needs of 'High Risk' or 'Highly Vulnerable' clients who require, and agree to receive, a substantial package of support. Places will become available in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, North and North East Lincolnshire sbject to a waiting list.

The project will enable:

• Those who need, and agree to, a planned support package to
  maintain a tenancy.

• Those who are a Risk to the Public and that risk can be reduced through housing related support.

• Those whose Risk of Re-offending can be reduced through the provision of support.

• Those who need support in finding and maintaining accommodation but who have the potential to manage independently in the long term.

• Those who have the capacity to manage with floating support, this is generally provided in addition to an agreed package of care (this can include support from all statutory and voluntary agencies as well as the Probation Service).
