The Humbercare Single Persons Homeless & Housing Project is a service provided for the Single Homeless in North Lincolnshire.

The project offers the following services:

• A register to provide information on available accommodation in the area to statutory and voluntary organisations as well as individuals.
• To increase availability of bed spaces in the area and promote best use of these.
• To support and advise Accommodation Providers with regard to Housing legislation and Health and Safety.
• To offer housing advice and assistance to Single Homeless people.
• To refer those with specific needs to other relevant agencies, e.g. those with mental health problems, addictions and debt problems which are too severe for them to cope independently or with minimum support.
• To offer safe supported accommodation to those who are ready to take advantage of it.
• To support clients in their accommodation.
• To assist, as appropriate, with move-on accommodation.
• To secure grants to help furnish their new properties.
