The service is designed to meet the needs of highly vulnerable clients who suffer from the problems associated with Dual Diagnosis.

The tenancy floating support service provides a planned support package to those who agree to receive this within their own tenancies.

The service works to support people to enable independent living and to develop ways of coping with the problems associated with Dual Diagnosis.

The project aims to support clients with chaotic lifestyles by addressing issues such as:

• Offending Behaviour
• Mental Health
• Behavioural Issues
• Substance Misuse
• Homelessness
• Social Exclusion
• Prison Release and Reintegration
