The service provides a ‘rights' based and enabling service to young people from North East Lincolnshire who require, and agree to receive, a substantial package of accommodation support, including support from the North Lincolnshire Social Services 16+ Service.

The service is for those who have the capacity to manage in their own accommodation.

Support needs are reviewed on a regular basis, working towards the main goal of being able to sustain a tenancy, and live an independent lifestyle.
